Volume Report

This view allows generating various printable reports of the inventory. Click the Volume Report button.

 

Next window will open.

Volume Report has 4 main filter options: Pricing, Filters, Display Options and Balanced. 

Pricing

Price can be calculated by the following options: Measurement, Packages, Pallets, and Weight.

Pricing option allows setting Price per CU/FT ($), Minimum Charge ($), Maximum Charge ($), and Discount (%). In addition, Charge Time and Free Days.  

Filters

This option allows setting different filters: Item,  Location, Manufacturer, Details, Condition, Ratio, and Charge Period.

Item

Select the item needed to include in the report by clicking on this combo box and choosing the item:

Location

Select the items' Location, for which to generate a report by clicking on this combobox and choosing the location: 

Manufacturer

Select the items' Manufacturer, for which to generate a report by clicking on this combobox and choosing the manufacture: 

Details

The Coming soon status is set by the system, and it cannot be changed.

Condition

Select the items' Condition, for which to generate a report by clicking on this combobox and choosing the condition:

Ratio

Select the items' Ratio for which to generate a report by clicking on this combobox and choosing the ratio: 

Charge Period

You may choose different periods. The generated report will display the chosen data.

From and To

This filter allows you to set the exact period, and the generated report will display all work orders related to this period. 

Display Options

There are two display options: Item Code and Manufacturer.  Here you may specify how the information in the report will be sorted: by Item Code or by Manufacturer.

It means if you, for example, want to sort the data by Item Code, the very first column will display the data according to the Item Code.

Balance

Balanced

Will generate a report showing only items that are currently in the inventory

Zero Balanced

Will generate a report showing only new items and items that currently do not have inventory

There are also 2 buttons: Generate Report and Refresh. 

Click Refresh to refresh the window.

Click Generate Report in order to generate report. Report Viewer window will open.

Report Viewer Toolbar

The Report Viewer window will open. It displays the generated report. The window contains the following Toolbar:

Export the Report

Select the Export Options by clicking button. 

Select the necessary Export format from the list.

Click Ok.

Next window will appear.

Open or Save this file on youe PC. If you do not want to perform any, click Cancel.

Printing the report

Select the Print Options by clicking button.

Then click Ok.

Next window will open.

Save file on your PC. If you do not want to perform this action, click Cancel.

The rest buttons

Refresh button allows updating the current report. 

 

Go to the First Page button allows fast moving to the first page of the report.

 

Go to the Previous Page button allows moving to the previous page of the report.

 

Go to the Next Page button allows moving to the next page of the report.

 

Go to the Last page button allows moving to the last page of the report.

 

Go to Page button allows moving to the page you choose. Enter the necessary page number and click

 

      

 

Zoom View allows selecting appropriate size of the report.
