The
Service Item
Catalog
displays all Service
items in the database. This list is not the inventory one, but a database of all
items WMSmart consist of.
To open the Service Item Catalog, click on the Service Item Catalog link, located on the left side of the screen or click on the View Service Item Catalog link in the Common Tasks section on the Start Page.
The next window will open.
In this window, you can see the following buttons: Add Service Item, Edit Service Item, Refresh, Close, Group By, and Search by box.
In the Search by box,
you may choose by which criteria search the Service item: click 
and choose from the drop-down list either to
search by Item Code or by Description.
All Service Items will be shown in the window that contains the following data: Item No, Item Code, Entry date, Start Date, Expiration date, Description, Period Length, Period Type, and Warranty Status.
