. To remove
a specific category (Boeing), select it from the Categories list and click
.
The Remove Category window will appear. It will warn you that Property Sets belonging to this category will be deleted as well as category itself.
Click Yes to remove the category or click No to cancel the operation.
Category has been removed.
Note: If a category contains items, contacts, subcategories, it cannot be removed until all the items are deleted or moved to a different category.
