A message window will appear requesting to confirm removing of this category:
To remove a specific category, select it from the Categories list on the left side of the Contacts - All Contacts window .
Note: The pre-defined categories cannot be removed unlike the personally created categories that are permitted to be removed.
After selecting the desired category, click the
button located at the top
of the window. Let us remove Transporters
category.
A message window will appear requesting to confirm removing of this category:
The edited Category List will appear.
You are unable to remove pre-defined categories that were installed with WMSmart. If you try to remove one of these categories, the following message will appear.
Note: If a category contains contacts, it cannot be removed until those contacts have been either deleted or moved to a different category.
