The Non-Inventory Item Catalog displays all
Non-Inventory items
in the database. This list is not the
inventory one, but simply is a database of all items WMSmart
consist of.
To open the Non-Inventory Item Catalog List, click on the Non-Inventory Item Catalog link, located on the left side of the screen or click on the View Non-Inventory Item Catalog link in the Common Tasks section on the Start Page.
The next window will open.
In this window you can see the following buttons: Add Non-Inventory Item, Edit Non-Inventory Item, Refresh, Close, Group By, and Search by box.
In the Search by field you
may choose by which criteria search the Non-Inventory
item : click
and choose from the drop-down list either to search by Item
Code or by
Description.
All Non-Inventory Items will be shown in the window that contains the following data: Item No, Item Code, Entry Date, Start Date, Expiration date, Description, Period Length, Period Type, and Warranty Status.
