The Main Tool Bar

The features on the main tool bar will remain open throughout your work on WMSmart.

The buttons on the tool bar provide shortcuts to certain screens or commands; these features are used in the same way as in Windows Applications.

File

Clicking File allows adding New Item, New Contact, Work Order In, Work Order Out, and Transfer Order, as well as Logging out of WMSmart, Closing WMSmart or completely Exiting the system.

New File

Allows adding New Item, New Contact, Work Order In, Work Order Out, and Transfer Order.

Edit

Allows to Cut, Copy, Paste, and Undo. The features are similar to the ones used in Windows Applications.

Allows using Administration Counters and Account Counters.

Administration Counters

Provide the user a count of all the administration users.

Account Counters

Provide the user a count of all the Account features.

2. Windows Calculator

Clicking Windows Calculator will open the calculator. Use it in the same way as in Windows Applications.

Window

1. Close all Windows

Allows closing all the windows that are open in the system.

2. Show/Hide Application Tree

Application Tree

From this window, users can access all the management functions in WMSmart. This window remains hidden on the left side of the screen, and can be expanded by clicking on the  icon.

Allows viewing the WMSmart Help files, Check for Updates, and reading About Invenology.
