On-Hand Inventory Toolbar
The On-Hand Inventory toolbar consists of the following buttons: Actions, Refresh, Close, Print Grid, Labels Print, Group By as well as the Search by box.
Actions
Click on the Actions button. The open drop-down menu consists of the following options: Add Transfer Order, Repackage, and Repair Inventory.
Add
Transfer Order
Click on the link Add Transfer Order
to view how to add a
transfer order.
Repackage
Click on the

Repackage Order

order.
Refresh
Click on the Refresh button to refresh the list.
Close
Click Close to close the On-Hand Inventory
window.
Print Grid
Click Print Grid to print out the current page.
Labels Print
Click Labels
Print to generate Label report for the chosen On-Hand Inventory
Item.
Group
by
The On-Hand Inventory
window allows users to reorganize the inventory view easily.
Clicking on the Group By button will display a blank row between the button and the inventory column headings.
Drag and drop any column heading to this space. The Group By button can also be used to customize the user's preferred view.
The inventory will be sorted hierarchically (e.g. Item No., Item Code, Description) according to the selected order.
The Search By box
This box allows you to search items by three categories: Item Code, Description, and Manufacturer. You may select Similar to or Exact Match search type. Then click Search.
If you want to clean the Search box, click
on the Clear button.
