Entry/Exit Criteria Report

There are two ways to get to the FIFO/LIFO Items Report:

1. Click the Account  tab located on the left side of your screen. Then click the Reports context menu. Once you click the context menu, click the FIFO/LIFO Items to open the window.

2. Click the link Entry/Exit Criteria Report in the Reports section on the start page.

 The following window will open:

This window allows generating various printable reports of the item's activity according to Entry/Exit criteria.

The FIFO/LIFO Items Report window contains the following sections:

Status

This section provides four different options to specify the type of the Item Status presented in the reports. The options are All, LIFO, FIFO, and Expiration. 

All

The All  status allows generating the report of an item with either FIFO, LIFO criteria or Expiration Date.

LIFO

The LIFO status allows generating the report of an item with LIFO criteria. 

FIFO

The FIFO status allows generating the report of an item with FIFO criteria. 

Expiration Date

This status allows generating the report of an item that has an Expiration Date .

 

Advance Filters

The Advanced filters section for generating reports consists of an Item filter.

 Item 

This box functions in the same way as Search By box. Select the item you want to include in the report by clicking this box and choosing the item.

Generating the Report

Click the  button located at the top of the window to generate a report.   

WMSmart Viewer will display a report preview. 

In order to print the report immediately, click the Printer icon  .

On the top of this window, you can see the following buttons: Export Report, Refresh, Print Report, Go to First Page, Go to the Previous Page, Go to the Last Page, Go to Page, Close Current View, Find Text, and Zoom.

The Export Report button  allows saving report on computer. Click  the Export Report button. The Export Report window will open.

 

Choose the folder where you want to save your report. Name your report by entering its name in the File Name box. In the Save as Type box you can choose the file format for your report. Then click Save to save the report or click Cancel to cancel the operation.

 

The Refresh button allows updating the current report  .

 

The Print Report button allows printing the current report   .

 

The Go to the First Page button allows moving to the first page of the report.

 

The Go to the Previous Page button allows moving to the previous page of the report.

 

The Go to the Next Page button allows moving to the next page of the report.

 

The Go to the Last Page button allows moving to the last page of the report.

 

The Go to Page button allows moving to the page you define.     

 

The Close Current View button closes the WMSmart Viewer window .

 

The Find Text button  allows searching the text in the report.

Clicking on the Find Text button will open the following window:

 

 

In the Find what box enter a word or phrase you want to find. Then click the Find Next button.

 

Note: The found text will be set in a red frame.

 

In order to close this window, click “X” in the top right corner of the window or click Cancel.

 

The Zoom button allows viewing the report in different modes. Select the zooming factor from the Zoom drop-down list  to view the report. 

 

 

The Email Report  button  allows sending the Crystal report by Email. Click the Email Report button. The following window will appear:

 

 

Click OK.

 

The Export crystal report to email - Message window will open.

 

 

Enter the mail address and another neccessary information. Then click Send.
