Standard Reports Settings

Standard Reports Settings section allows you to configure printout settings for standard reports.

Click the Administration tab located on the left side of your screen. Then click the Reports Printer Settings context menu. Once you click the context menu, click the Standard Reports Settings link.

 

 

The next window will open.

 

 

Choose the type of the report you need to set printer for and double-click it. The View Standard Reports- Delivery Options window will open.

 

 

This window performs two functions: Print Report and Send by Email. The default is Print Report.  

 

Print Report

 

Select the Printer Name from the drop-down list.

 

 

Select the Number of copies you want to print.

 

Check the Preview report before printing box in order to preview the report before printing.

 

Then click OK.  (If you want to cancel changes, click Cancel). 

Send by Email

When choosing to send the report by Email, the following window will open.

In the Email field, enter a valid e-mail address. This box is obligatory to fill in.

In the Subject text field, enter the subject of the Email you wish to send.

In the Send As section, designate the type of the document you wish to send (i.e., PDF).

Check the Preview report before sending box  to display the report before you perform an actual send.

After you have completed configuring this window, click OK to confirm or click Cancel to cancel the delivery options configuration.
