Open the New Work Order Out window. Click the following link to learn how to Add Work Order Out.
Select the Work Order Items tab. Then, in the General Inventory tab, click the Add/Edit Items button.
The next window will open.
You can organize item search by the following criteria: Entry/Lot Item Code, Description, UPC No, and Item No.
For example:
Choose the desired item. E.g., A620.
The bottom section of the window (Selected Entries) displays the entries for this item.
Enter the Requested Item Quantity to be shipped out, and click Add Entry. The entry will be added to Selected Entries panel.
If you want to remove the entry, click Remove Entry. The open window will ask you to confirm the removing. Click Yes. The entry will be removed.
Note: You can add as many entries as you wish; however, to save the item, at least, one entry must be presented.
By clicking on the various fields, you can change their properties:
Expected and Actual Packages and Items
Expected Packages
This field requires that you enter the amount of expected packages for this item to be shipped out.
Actual Packages
This field requires that you enter the amount of actual packages for this item to be shipped out.
Expected & Actual items
These fields are automatically updated once the Expected/Actual Packages fields are filled in; however, they can be updated manually.
Number of Pallets
This field shows the quantity of pallets used. When this field can be edited, the following window appears:
The Assign number of pallets window allows user to assign Pallet's quantity that will be used for On-hand Invenory left*. The user can also assign Pallet's quantity that will be used for shipping out Inventory
*There cannot be less than one pallet left On-Hand. Pallet's quantity cannot be more than it was assigned for the current Inventory .
If shipping inventory has Pallet as Master Package Type, the Assign number of pallets window is not shown at all.
On-Hand pallet count field is Read-Only.
1. If the whole entry is shipped out, On-Hand pallet count field will be blocked for editing, and Shipped pallet count field will use default Pallet quantity assigned to this Inventory ; however, the Pallet quantity can be edited manually by the user.
2. If On-Hand pallet count has no Pallets assigned (i.e. "0" value), the On-Hand pallet count field will be blocked, and Pallet's quantity for Shipped pallet count can be assigned manually.
Single Package Weight
This field shows the weight of one package. It is Read-Only field.
Location
This field cannot be changed. It shows the initial location of the item.
Details
This field cannot be changed. It shows the details of the existing item.
Items Condition
This field cannot be changed. It shows the condition of the existing item.
PostThis field cannot be changed. It shows the status of the existing item.
Shipped State
This field cannot be changed. It shows the state of shipment.
Creation Date
This field shows the data the Work Order Out was created. This field cannot be changed.
Shipment Date
Allows entering the date the item(s) will be shipped out.
Repackage
Allows performing Repackage of the chosen item.
After selecting a required item, click the Repackage button. The next window will open.
Change the Repackage Item Quantity in the Previous Package Configuration and click Add Entries.
The New Package Configuration will be displayed.
Now you can Add New Repackaging for the chosen Entry.

When all necessary changes have been made, click OK.
In the open window, click the Save and Close button.
To post a new work order, click View Pending Work Orders either in Account panel Add Work Order section or on the Start Page in the Order Management section.
The Pending Work Orders window will open. It will show all Work Orders that you have saved.
Click Post to post Work Order. A confirmation window will open. Click Yes.
If there is either a discrepancy between the actual amount and expected amount of one of the items or an incorrect status, a warning message will appear:
You can edit the work order by double-clicking on it or by selecting it and clicking on the Edit Work Order button.
A New Work Order In is
posted.
Now you can see posted Work Orders in the Posted Work Orders window.
